Orders and Delivery
All orders are subject to availability. We make every effort to deliver your flowers in perfect condition. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2 PM local time.
Substitution Policy
Due to seasonal availability, we may need to substitute flowers or containers of equal or greater value. We will always maintain the style and color palette of your chosen arrangement.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. If you're not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours and we'll work to make it right.
